Interest of JusticeThe Leeuwarden Files

SOURCES, METHOD AND CORRECTIONS

Where this comes from

The Leeuwarden Files gathers the public record of the case in one permanent place, in English. These are the people and archives whose work made it possible, and how we work.

Sources

The record, as published by

  • The District Court of the Northern Netherlands and the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, including rulings published by the Dutch judiciary (rechtspraak.nl)
  • TheNetherlandsCase.com (Fiona Rose Diamond, The Narrative on Trial)
  • Bailiwick News archives (Katherine Watt)
  • Stichting Recht OpRecht (the case file and Dutch originals)
  • Sasha Latypova, Dr. Joseph Sansone and Dr. Mike Yeadon (their own statements)
  • Interest of Justice's own recording, translation and transcript of the 22 October 2026 hearing

Method

How we translate and quote

Summaries, cheat sheets and “why it matters” notes are Interest of Justice's analysis. Key passages are quoted exactly, with the page they come from. Documents marked “IoJ translation” are our own translations from the Dutch; they are not official, and the Dutch original prevails. The claimants' names are left out of our own text, as in the court file, and any page showing identity papers or medical records is withheld. Every document is kept here permanently, at its own address, with credit to whoever first published it.

Fairness

What this is, and isn't

Every defendant denies the claims, and the court has not ruled on them. Allegations are the claimants' pleaded positions, quoted as theirs. This is analysis and commentary, not legal advice. Interest of Justice is not a party to the case.

Keep this library open

Free to read, for good. Not free for IoJ to host.

Every document here was gathered, translated and checked by hand, and the whole record stays online for history, whatever happens to other sites. Interest of Justice is reader-funded, with no corporate or pharmaceutical money. If this library helped you, help keep it open.
