Action 1 · 5 minutes

Ask your members of Congress one question.

Dear Senator / Representative, I'm a constituent asking one question. Under 50 U.S.C. § 1520a(d), the Department of Defense must report to the Senate and House Armed Services Committees at least 30 days before any test or experiment involving a biological agent on human subjects. Did the Armed Services Committees ever receive a § 1520a(d) report covering the COVID-19 countermeasures the Department of Defense helped develop and deploy under Operation Warp Speed? If so, please share the date it was received. If not, please ask the Department why not. This question is now before a federal court in No. 1:26-cv-01543 (D.D.C.). I'd appreciate a written reply.
