The Record
The official story, with receipts.
Everything IoJ has filed, argued and won, in order — the coherent record that stays put while the news cycle moves on. Tap any filter. Share any fact.
First FDA citizen petition filed
Docket FDA-2022-P-2411 asks FDA to classify the COVID mRNA products for what they are.
FDA answers a question IoJ didn't ask
FDA treated the petition as a request to revoke the emergency authorizations and denied it. It never ruled on what the products are.
FOIA to the Department of Defense
IoJ asks the Pentagon for the report to Congress that 50 U.S.C. § 1520a(d) requires before any test of a biological agent on people.
Costa Rica breaks from the WHO consensus
After months of IoJ legal demands to Costa Rica's delegates before and during the World Health Assembly, Costa Rica refused to rubber-stamp the treaty talks.
The Nuremberg Code anniversary hearing
IoJ convenes a hearing in Costa Rica with Dr. Mike Yeadon, Sasha Latypova and Dr. Janci Lindsay, two years before any court would hear them.
The Nuremberg Hearing, recorded in full
The full uncut hearing on informed consent and the COVID countermeasures, kept for the record.
Citizen Petition FDA-2025-P-1807 filed
32 requests, nine months of sixteen-hour days. The core question — are these products gene therapy under FDA's own definitions?
FDA's 180 days run out
21 CFR 10.30(e)(2) gives FDA 180 days to respond. That date passed without a decision.
The federal mandamus is filed
No. 1:26-cv-01543, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Count I — make DoD produce the § 1520a(d) report. Count II — make FDA decide the petition.
Court grants electronic filing access
The court lets IoJ's founder file electronically, the way attorneys do.
Court grants the service extension
Granted the same day it was filed. Proof of service is due Oct 14.
FDA writes back — and doesn't deny
FDA's biologics center asks for supporting evidence instead of denying the petition.
IoJ files the evidence on time
The supplement goes in by the deadline FDA set.
Proofs of service filed
Proof that every defendant was served is filed with the court. The court's docket sets the government's answer date.
Media Watch — the Dutch case is heard in Leeuwarden
Not IoJ's case. IoJ is watching because the claimants are trying to prove some of the same things in court, with some of the same witnesses.
The government's first response is due
The United States answers in the federal mandamus, on the date listed on the court's docket.
