Our founder
Lady Xylie.
Lady Xylie founded Interest of Justice to do one thing most people assume someone else is already doing — make governments follow the laws they wrote. She has lived in Costa Rica for about a decade, where IoJ took its first fights to the Constitutional Chamber.
She wrote Citizen Petition FDA-2025-P-1807 over nine months of sixteen-hour days. When FDA's deadline passed without a decision, she took the question to federal court — pro se, in her own name, because an organization can only appear there through a licensed attorney.
Before the law took over her life she was, and still is, a glassblower and a musician. She holds certificates in diplomacy and AI governance from DiploFoundation.
