Filed in federal court · Eshleman v. Hegseth

End the mRNA experiment.

The fight to end the government's unlawful mRNA experiment on the American people — carried all the way to the finish.

They ran an mRNA experiment on the American people. This is how we end it — in court.

As the founder of Interest of Justice, I filed a federal mandamus that asks a judge to make the government do two plain duties it has refused: produce the report on experimenting on civilians the law requires, and answer the citizen petition the FDA has dodged for a year. The government admits that report was never filed — and if it doesn't exist, the court can declare what that means: Operation Warp Speed was an experiment on civilians that Congress prohibited. Void from day one.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime, Nuremberg-level opportunity to step in and make a real difference — for justice, for humanity.

This same week, they approved the first mRNA flu shot. They're expanding it. We're moving to end it.

I filed in my own name, pro se, to finish Interest of Justice's multi-year legal fight — because the law forces any organization to hire an attorney, and we could no longer afford to keep one. All eight parties are served, and their answer is due the 17th. I'm carrying this all the way — appeal, and the Supreme Court if that's what it takes. But I can't carry it alone.

If you've pitched in so far — thank you, so much. You truly are part of history, part of a new Nuremberg revival — when it matters most, and the threat to humanity is greatest. But the fight is not over — it's just beginning. So please share this, so others can step in with the timely support we need to carry it all the way to the finish line.

Help me end this — all the way to the finish.

— Lady Xylie, Interest of Justice founder

Filing fees, certified mailings, document preparation — and travel to Washington for any hearing the court orders.

The responses to their responses

When the government fires back, we fire back better. Funding buys the time to draft each reply right.

My full, undivided focus

Enough support lets me step back from a full-time job and give this case everything it needs, all the way to the finish.

Fine print: the aspiration of bringing real attorneys onto this case is not cheap — but it would be wise. If you're in a position to help make that possible, reach me at media@interestofjustice.org.

This only works because of you

There is no firm behind this, no budget, no safety net — just filing fees, postage, long nights, and a handful of generous people who refuse to let it go. If you can step in, one time or monthly, you become part of how we end this. Only ever what's right for you.

We are not spectators in the war for our rights. We are the ones who stand up.

With gratitude to expert witnesses Sasha Latypova, Dr. Mike Yeadon, and Dr. Janci Lindsay for standing with this effort.
