End the mRNA experiment

If you want it off the market, this is the case.

Our federal mandamus asks a judge to make the Pentagon produce the report Congress was owed before any biological agent was tested on people — and to make FDA finally say whether these products are gene therapy. The government's first response is due Nov 7.

The case has been carried pro se as far as pro se can carry it. The Mandamus Legal Fund brings real counsel onto it — the kind not one of us could pay for alone, and all of us can pay for together.

1
An attorney reviews the filings

and advises while the case continues pro se.

2
An attorney drafts the motions

starting with our opposition to their motion.

3
An attorney takes the case over

and carries it all the way.

Case · No. 1:26-cv-01543 (D.D.C.)

Our federal mandamus.

A writ of mandamus asks a court to order a federal officer to do a duty the law already requires. No damages. No accusation. Just — do your job.

Count I · Department of Defense

Produce the § 1520a(d) report.

50 U.S.C. § 1520a(d) requires a report to the Senate and House Armed Services Committees before any test of a biological agent on human subjects — and the test can't go ahead until 30 days after they get it. The case asks the court to make the Pentagon produce it.

Count II · FDA

Decide our citizen petition.

Citizen Petition FDA-2025-P-1807 asks whether the COVID mRNA products are gene therapy under FDA's own definitions. FDA's 180 days under 21 CFR 10.30(e)(2) ran on Dec 13, 2025. The case asks the court to make FDA answer on the merits.

Questions people ask

Plain answers.

Aren't you suing the administration that's actually helping?

A mandamus names whoever holds the office today, because only the current officer can perform the duty. Under Federal Rule 25(d) the next officeholder is substituted automatically. It isn't an accusation against a person.

A court order is also what lets a willing official overrule the career staff who buried this for years. Agencies outlast administrations.

Why isn't IoJ the party in the case?

An organization can appear in federal court only through a licensed attorney — Rowland v. California Men's Colony, 506 U.S. 194 (1993). IoJ couldn't afford one, so our founder filed pro se in her own name. That's exactly what the Mandamus Legal Fund is for.

Is the government late?

No. The court's docket lists the government's first response as due Nov 7, 2026. That's the date to watch.

What does winning look like?

The case asks for the § 1520a(d) report and a real FDA answer. What a court orders is the court's call. Our argument is that once the products are defined, the consent laws attach — and everything that follows is built on that record.
