Media Watch is where IoJ follows cases that aren't ours. In this one, seven people who say the COVID shots injured them are suing Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, Mark Rutte, the Dutch State and others. We're watching because they're trying to prove some of the same things in court that we are, and they share some of our witnesses.
The hearing
Thursday Oct 22, 12:30 Dutch time
Rechtbank Noord-Nederland, Leeuwarden. Case C/17/190788 / HA ZA 23-172. Three judges, about five hours. The court streams it on its own site. Cameras are barred on the parties, so it's audio only.
How the claimants frame it
"Covid-19 is not a disease but a project, and that the Covid-19 injections constitute a biological weapon, or at least are indistinguishable from one. The defendants dispute these assertions. This disagreement forms the crux of the proceedings."

Why IoJ is watching
The same shots are in court on two continents. The Dutch claimants have to prove what the defendants knew. IoJ's federal mandamus asks something narrower, whether the U.S. government followed its own laws on consent and classification. Different courts, different questions, some of the same evidence and some of the same witnesses. Whatever either court finds, the other side of the Atlantic will hear about it here.
