Latest on the record
What just happened.
The federal mandamus is filed
No. 1:26-cv-01543, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Count I — make DoD produce the § 1520a(d) report. Count II — make FDA decide the petition.
Court grants electronic filing access
The court lets IoJ's founder file electronically, the way attorneys do.
Court grants the service extension
Granted the same day it was filed. Proof of service is due Oct 14.
FDA writes back — and doesn't deny
FDA's biologics center asks for supporting evidence instead of denying the petition.
IoJ files the evidence on time
The supplement goes in by the deadline FDA set.
Proofs of service filed
Proof that every defendant was served is filed with the court. The court's docket sets the government's answer date.
Media Watch — the Dutch case is heard in Leeuwarden
Not IoJ's case. IoJ is watching because the claimants are trying to prove some of the same things in court, with some of the same witnesses.
The government's first response is due
The United States answers in the federal mandamus, on the date listed on the court's docket.
