Stop Crimes Against Humanity · an Interest of Justice campaign
Consent is the line. We hold it in court.
After the Second World War, the world wrote one rule for medicine first: no experiment on a person without their voluntary consent. Interest of Justice exists to make governments keep that rule — not with slogans, but with filings a court has to answer.
What the words mean
Three sources. Read them yourself.
1947 · The Nuremberg Code ↗
"The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential."
The Code's first principle, written after the Nuremberg Doctors' Trial. Ten rules for any experiment on people.
1998 · Rome Statute, Article 7 ↗
What "crimes against humanity" means in law.
The international definition: listed acts committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against a civilian population, with knowledge of the attack.
Today · U.S. law
Six U.S. laws carry consent into force.
The U.S. never enacted the Nuremberg Code (Costa Rica did write it into its medical ethics law). These six U.S. statutes and regulations carry it — and IoJ's U.S. cases are built on them.
IoJ's position — and what it isn't
IoJ argues that the COVID countermeasures were given to people without the consent U.S. and international law require, and has filed crimes against humanity complaints with the WHO's ethics office, which referred them to national authorities.
These are IoJ's legal arguments and complaints. No court has ruled that crimes against humanity occurred. That is exactly why the cases below exist: to put the questions in front of courts that have to answer them. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
The fronts
Three cases. One line.
Each case has its own fund. Gifts to a case fund are restricted to that case.
